Salary

Base: $28.00–$38.00/hour; Bonus/Equity: 5% Annual Performance Bonus, 5% Availability Incentive Bonus, On-call pay; Benefits: Day 1 medical, dental, vision, EAP, HSA, FSA, life insurance, disability, paid parental leave, 401(k) match, 15 days PTO, 9 holidays, 2 flexible holidays, $50/month wellness reimbursement
