The Controller acts as the primary liaison to Disney Studio Accounting while ensuring strict adherence to GAAP and corporate requirements.
Candidates will lead the Global Accounting Team, manage complex multi-currency transactions, and partner with executive stakeholders on strategic financial decisions.

Salary
Base: $202,400-$247,200 per year; Bonus/Equity: Bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided; Benefits: Full range of medical, financial, and other benefits included

Must-have
Oversee global quarterly financial reporting
Manage multi-currency consolidation accounting
Lead global accounting team of multiple regions
Ensure GAAP and Disney corporate compliance
Establish internal controls for asset safeguarding

Strong documentation and change management skills
Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials ERP
Collaboration with production and R&D teams
Key Requirements
5+ years experience as a Controller
CPA certification required
Big 4 US GAAP audit experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
MBA or technical certifications (Oracle/PMP) a plus
