Job Summary
The Steward/Dishwasher will work in the kitchen ensuring that a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained within the food and beverage department.
Responsibilities include staging plates, assisting FOH, washing dishes and kitchenware, maintaining clean floors and walls, and managing trash.
Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as dictated by events is required.
