Job Summary
The Project Director serves as the Single Point of Contact for the FCDO Europe region, with overall accountability for project delivery across 23 countries, account P&L management, and all KPI/CPI performance metrics.
Responsible for all aspects of JLL delivery process including safety compliance across the region and managing all FCDO stakeholders at multiple levels.
Manage and mentor the regional programme management team, build effective relationships with operations directors, regional facilities managers, and post facilities managers across 23 countries.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Minimum 10+ years in project management
At least 5 years in senior leadership roles
Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-country programs across Europe
Demonstrated P&L responsibility for accounts with minimum value of £10M+
Experience working with government or public sector clients
