Key Requirements

  • University degree in Health, Gerontology, Business, Marketing or Social Services
  • LTC Administrator Certification (where applicable)
  • Minimum 5 years relevant health management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, engage and manage a multidisciplinary team in a unionized environment
  • Vulnerable Sector Check (within six months)
