  • This role involves leading cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, while also managing production line personnel.
  • Key responsibilities include process development, production support, equipment specification and qualification, leadership, and applying Lean and Six Sigma methods for efficiency improvements.
