Assist in recordkeeping and documentation of attendance and tardiness for employee performance appraisals.
Ensure that departmental computer workstations left unattended are properly logged off or the password protected automatic screen-saver activates within established facility policy guidelines.

Obtain nursing care staff information
Consult with nursing department staff
Make reports to DNS
Maintain good working rapport
Review complaints and grievances
Assist in interviewing CNAs
Confirm license/certification standing
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Assist with maintaining certification records
Report unsafe/hazardous conditions
Replenish nursing supervisory supplies
Report equipment/supply needs
Ensure work areas are clean
