Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and monitoring vital signs.
The role requires strict adherence to confidentiality laws regarding protected health information and immediate reporting of any suspected abuse or resident condition changes.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Demonstrate ability to solve practical problems
Follow established policies concerning blood exposure
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state Certified Nursing Assistant license

Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
