Key Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Employee Relations / HRBP
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resources, sociology, labor relations, and/or equivalent work experience
  • Spanish native
  • English – advanced level
  • Solid working knowledge of Spanish & Portuguese employment legislation
