Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years’ experience in Employee Relations / HRBP
Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resources, sociology, labor relations, and/or equivalent work experience
Spanish native
English – advanced level
Solid working knowledge of Spanish & Portuguese employment legislation
