Job Summary
Ensure the German team stays competitive using insights gathering & analysis and support and design specific regional tactics and adapt launch strategy where needed, based on said insights.
Collaborate extensively with the regional and local commercial, access and medical teams to understand the overall business, key questions for our brands and pipeline programs, current and emerging priorities, and the insights needed to address them.
Continuously refining the German team’s capabilities ensuring it is “fit for purpose” and staying ahead of the curve by working with the commercial and medical teams to identify strengths and areas for development.
