Base: $292,551.30 - $395,804.70 USD; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary annual bonus and stock-based long-term incentives; Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, retirement plan, and flexible work models

Key Requirements
Doctorate degree with 5 years Global Drug Safety OR Master's with 9 years OR Bachelor's with 11 years
At least 5 years of direct people management or leadership experience
Medical Doctorate and board certification preferred
