Ensure product conformity according to ISO 13485 and high manufacturing quality, while building and maintaining a robust training structure and expanding the skill matrix for flexible employee deployment.
Optimize manufacturing processes using Lean methods, strengthen supervisors as process-responsible leaders, and manage operational cost centers, budget planning, cost control, and consumable planning.
