Salary

Base: $75,000 - $85,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, PTO, and 401(k)

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
  • Three years warehousing or manufacturing experience
  • Data analytics and statistical analysis skills
  • Lean tools and process mapping expertise
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency including Excel

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of PowerBI and Tableau data visualization
  • Experience with SQL and DAX database programming
  • Familiarity with warehouse design tools like AutoCAD
  • Understanding of automation solutions and AS/RS
  • Lean Six Sigma or APICS certifications preferred

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years experience
  • Master's degree allowed with 1 year experience
  • Experience in Warehousing, Transportation, or Manufacturing industry
  • Advanced Microsoft Access and Visio skills required
