Salary

Base: $178,000 to $283,000; Bonus/Equity: annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered; Benefits: generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  • driving operational excellence within MedTech or regulated environments
  • Lean certification is a plus
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment
  • reside in or within commuting distance to Bothell, WA
