The role is responsible for delivering professional advice, guidance and expert advice to People Leader Partners, People Leaders and PPS on HR related topics, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
Provide operational guidance on employee relations matters, including PIPs, absence and sick leave, disciplinary and grievance cases, and investigations, ensuring compliance with local policies and best practices.
The role focuses on delivering consistent and high-quality HR service on casework.
