This individual will design high density power modules products using state of the art technology.
Optimize metal traces, power planes, vias, interposer stack-up designs for electrical, magnetic, thermal and mechanical robustness performance.
Collaborate with Design, Application, Product, Packaging and Assembly engineers to ensure new designs & modified layout meeting technical specifications and assembly design guidelines for manufacturability.
