Job Summary

  • Provide high-level advice and support to executive leaders within their business function, assisting with managing day-to-day operations and coordinating strategic initiatives.
  • Support the LoS Leader in formulating, planning and driving practice's business priorities, annual budget and initiatives, and monitor information flow to ensure timely involvement in projects and decision-making.
  • Evaluate resources to ensure the availability of necessary skills and expertise, and realize staff potential through delegated activities and representation of leaders on strategic and operational matters.
