Job Summary

  • The Production Site Leader will own the end‑to‑end setup and ramp‑up of a new production facility and then lead its ongoing operations.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field
  • Experience in production / manufacturing leadership roles
  • Proven experience in setting up or significantly expanding a production line or facility
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and industrialization
  • Experience with production planning, ERP/MES systems
  • Fluent in Polish and English
