Job Summary
Responsible for study, design, specification and services of transportation systems (road, rail, airport, seaport), bridges, infrastructure, drainage, underground utilities, hydrology/hydraulics, water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, water resources and raw water supply, tunnels, geotechnical design, and other civil engineering works.
Under broad direction, supervises and leads a group of engineers, sets technical standards and procedures, and conducts performance management.
Provide required training to maintain a proficient workforce and ensure compliance on CE related inspections, including USAFE/AFIA MICT, UEI, EMS Audits, internal self-inspections, and SAVs.
