Job Summary

  • Responsible for supporting LCMS customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions.
  • Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network LCMS TQ, Qtof products and configurations at customer sites, diagnosing and resolving product performance problems.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, and collaborates with Agilent teams to provide solutions.
