Job Summary
Responsible for supporting LCMS customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions.
Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network LCMS TQ, Qtof products and configurations at customer sites, diagnosing and resolving product performance problems.
Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, and collaborates with Agilent teams to provide solutions.
