Job Summary
The Head of People Function is responsible for ensuring the organization has the right capabilities, a strong culture, and a sustainable long-term people agenda.
You will own the full Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, act as People Business Partner to the Managing Director, and serve as the People and labour-law subject-matter expert for Denmark.
The role involves driving the implementation of regional and global initiatives, planning and delivering engagement, well-being, diversity & inclusion, and leading talent management and succession planning.
