Candidates must maintain greater than 95% lab availability while managing a team of over 50 engineers and technicians.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship to handle sensitive defense technologies.

Salary
Base: $170,000 - $230,000; Bonus/Equity: Variable compensation opportunities available; Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
10 years experience with nuclear hardness and survivability
