  • Understand the needs of the 1000s of developers that use our software and actively and measurably improve their experience.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation, supporting systems and services during production incidents.

Base: $141,900 to $190,300 (Bristol CT) or $148,700 to $199,400 (New York, NY); Bonus/Equity: May be provided; Benefits: Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits

Key Requirements

  • Over 8 years hands-on experience in software development
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language
  • Familiarity with scripting in Bash / Powershell
  • Experience with GitOps, Monorepos, Micro Services, Feature Flagging
  • Proficiency in setting up and maintaining pipelines
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
