  • This role will serve as a senior advisor to health system executives, guiding clients through the full lifecycle of revenue cycle technology work, including strategy, platform assessment, implementation oversight, and post-live optimization.
  • The Associate Director will own executive relationships, lead engagement teams, contribute to business development, and bring deep technical credibility to every conversation, with a strong expectation of having the most Epic revenue cycle knowledge in the room.

Key Requirements

  • 8-12 years of health IT consulting, EHR implementation, or revenue cycle operations experience
  • Deep Epic revenue cycle expertise
  • Certification in Epic modules (Resolute HB, PB, Charge Router, Grand Central, Prelude)
  • Minimum 3 years working in Epic revenue cycle environments
  • Experience with Oracle Health, Meditech Expanse, or athenahealth
  • Track record of managing complex engagements with C-suite exposure
  • Experience leading and developing consulting staff
  • Fluency in revenue cycle performance metrics
  • Bachelor's degree
