Must-have
5-7+ years sales or solutioning experience
Deep understanding of commercial real estate operations
Experience with Prop Tech, IWMS, Smart Buildings, IoT
Proven track record selling to C-Suite executives
Structured sales process knowledge (Miller Heiman, Salesforce)
Nice-to-have
Strategic problem-solving ability
Ability to navigate ambiguity in complex organizations
Strong stakeholder management and influence skills

Experience supervising geographically remote teams
