Job Summary

• The Support Services Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance, and Food Service operations to meet the needs of the residents and to ensure the effective and efficient preparation and delivery of Support and meal services to residents within legislative and budgetary constraints.
• Select, supervise and motivate support staff; ensure all staff work as a team in order to provide a high level of productivity and the best use of staff capabilities.
• By focusing our energy on enriching the lives of our residents every day, we transform both the quality of their lives and the quality of our own work experiences.

• Experience and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety practices
