Job Summary

  • The Regional Human Resources manager provides operational and consultative human resources support for multiple Nexstar work locations.
  • The HR Manager partners closely with business leaders and the Human Resources leadership team to execute key HR initiatives across performance management, organizational development, employee and labor relations, succession planning, and policy implementation.
  • Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Director, the HR Manager will support an employee population of approximately 1,200 union and non-union employees.
