Knowledge of ACAT I through III program management
Proficiency in PPBE process and budget submission

Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, and TMT tools
Understanding of Congressional Defense Committees
Ability to lead diverse teams effectively
Previous Pentagon or major headquarters experience
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related science field
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
DAWIA/APDP Level III or PMP/PgMP certification desired
Master's degree in related science field preferred
