Medtronic UK is seeking a Senior EHS Program Manager for the East Region in the US, responsible for leading Environmental, Health, and Safety strategies across multiple sites. Job Summary

  • Lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) strategy and execution across Medtronic’s East Region within Global Operations & Supply Chain.
  • Serve as a senior EHS leader and subject matter expert, influencing decisions from site level operations through regional and enterprise strategy.
  • This role is based at a Medtronic site in Connecticut, Massachusetts, or New Jersey, and includes a combination of onsite work and regional travel to support multiple locations.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive EHS experience or advanced degree and 5+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and environmental/occupational health regulations
  • Proven experience leading audits, investigations, and regulatory interactions
  • Ability to travel approximately 30–50% within the East Region
