Job Summary

  • Lead global MRO category with annual spend exceeding USD 100M and execute Global Energy category strategy across 38 sites with an annual spend of approximately USD 47M.
  • Partner closely with manufacturing, capital, energy, and site procurement stakeholders across regions to drive cost efficiency, enhance supplier performance, advance sustainability initiatives, and foster innovation.
  • Manage large-scale sourcing and transformation programs using strong project management discipline, including planning, risk management, change management, and benefits realization.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field

  • At least 5 years of category management experience in MRO parts and services
  • Practical experience in Energy & Utilities procurement
  • Strong project management experience
  • Proficient in English
