Job Summary

• Qualified candidates should have significant experience representing lenders and borrowers in complex debt financing transactions including: negotiating and drafting credit agreements, commitment letters, issues lists, security documents, term sheets, intercreditor agreements, legal opinions and other related transactional documents.
• Ideal candidates will have considerable experience leading due diligence teams, coordinating with specialists and managing matters with minimal supervision.
