Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to be a site change agent responsible for driving improvement through all functions of the Plant Leadership Team.
You will lead the annual Hoshin Planning process to identify site breakthrough opportunities and create a transformation plan for world-class operational performance.

Base: $134,000 - $147,400; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program available; Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off
