Must-have
Active RN license in relevant state
Basic Life Support certification required
Clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Ability to float between multiple facilities
Experience with electronic health records
Nice-to-have
Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred
Two years service line specific experience
Participation in unit councils and governance
Strong conflict resolution abilities
Commitment to evidence-based practices
Key Requirements
Graduate of Board of Nursing approved program
Active registered nurse multi-state or single-state license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Typically requires 1 year clinical nursing experience
