Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • 4+ years' experience in program management, capture, contracting, or related fields with U.S. or international government contracting and RFP processes
  • Proficiency with program financial management
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing, cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project)
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
