The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
You will assist residents with daily functions such as dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing, and mobility, while maintaining confidentiality and reporting any changes or incidents promptly.
The role requires cooperation with other facility personnel to ensure nursing services meet resident needs and participation in regular nursing shift meetings to improve service quality.
