Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Five years construction or building management experience
Two years technical supervisory capacity experience
Knowledge of NFPA, OSHA, and CMS regulations
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs

Experience with OurDay, AiM, and FixIT software tools
Strong communication skills for stakeholder liaison

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or similar discipline
Five years of relevant work experience

Valid driver's license
