Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Test automation with Selenium and TOSCA
Managing UAT, SIT, regression and performance testing
Test management tools like JIRA/Zephyr and ALM
Stakeholder management across global teams
Quality assurance leadership in ERP transformations
Defect management and escalation processes
Nice-to-have
Experience with SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps
Exposure to AI-powered testing tools
Familiarity with supply chain planning processes
Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
Coaching and mentoring testing teams
Key Requirements
Minimum 8–10 years QA and software testing experience
At least 4–5 years as test lead or test manager
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and TOSCA
ISTQB certification highly desirable
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical discipline
Experience leading UAT exit approvals and Go-Live validations
