This position is the primary interface between the GMRP Program Office Integrated Program Leadership Team and the Factory Leadership Team, responsible for communicating all Program requirements to the Strategic Make Centers (SMCs) and manufacturing sites

Job Summary

  • This position is the primary interface between the GMRP Program Office Integrated Program Leadership Team and the Factory Leadership Team, responsible for communicating all Program requirements to the Strategic Make Centers (SMCs) and manufacturing sites.
  • Responsible for all operations team cost, schedule, and quality for RAM BLK2B manufacturing and legacy configuration scope and coordinate standing up two new production lines.
  • The ideal candidate will possess the demonstrated skills and experience necessary to provide operations leadership across the program lifecycle including proposals, development, production, and sustainment activities.

Key Requirements

  • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years relevant experience
  • Advanced Degree in related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • Previous leadership position in technical or manufacturing
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
  • Experience managing manufacturing plans and integrated schedules
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required
