Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, ensuring the highest degree of quality care at all times.
• This role involves administrative, charting, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care, staff development, safety, sanitation, equipment management, and care plan assessment functions.
• The LPN/LVN is responsible for maintaining compliance with policies, participating in training programs, and ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
