• This role is designed to become a Retail Personal Banker I after completing a 4-8 week on-boarding program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service.
• The position focuses on using a consultative sales process to identify customer financial needs, acquire new households, and deepen existing relationships through lobby leadership and tele-consulting.
