  • The Network Services Operations Technical Lead shall direct the engineering and operational execution of enterprise network services across federal environments, driving modernization of routing, switching, wireless, remote access, and cloud‑connected architectures.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a closely related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) or CCNP with 8+ years experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading network services or operations
  • 5+ years team leadership in enterprise O&M for the federal government
