Support the end-to-end delivery of change management activities for key CID&A strategic initiatives.
Design and implement change management strategies aligned to CID&A priorities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption tactics.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with CID&A teams and Business Line partners to support consistent and effective change delivery.
