Job Summary

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3D CAD designers and additive manufacturing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Create and modify high-fidelity 3D models for footwear components including uppers, midsoles, outsoles, traction systems, and integrated assemblies.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot printers across multiple technologies (FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF, etc.).
