Job Summary

  • Lead the U.S. Amazon customer strategy and business execution, including joint business planning, portfolio prioritization, and medium- to long-term growth initiatives to deliver committed revenue and profit objectives.
  • Implement operational leadership for the U.S. Amazon business by directing the Key Account Management team, establishing clear objectives, driving performance management rigor, and developing organizational capability.
  • Determine customer engagement and commercial strategies through senior-level relationship management with Amazon, leadership of contract and program negotiations, and input into pricing, promotional, and portfolio decisions in partnership with finance and marketing.
