Deliver excellent customer service by providing timely, accurate, and professional communication to end users and assist partners with quotes, pricing details, product clarification, and renewal documentation.
Achieve quarterly and annual renewal rate targets and proactively drive conversations around upsells, multi-year deals, or product expansion when applicable.
