  • The Major Loss Adjuster for Casualty is responsible for handling various types of complex commercial casualty claims including class actions, large property damage claims, product liability recall claims and other general liability claims.
  • Responsibilities include determining coverage, drafting reservation of rights and denial letters, attendance at mediation / settlement conference and instructing independent adjusters and attorneys in the negotiation and settlement of claims.
