The Phlebotomist accurately and efficiently performs specimen collections and testing as defined by laboratory policy and procedure manuals, including computer data entry and workflow monitoring.
This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to self-direct and exercise independent judgment, and to work well in a team environment to accomplish common tasks.
