Must-have
Fluent in oral and written English
Bilingual in English and Bahasa Melayu/Mandarin or Tamil
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience in contact center environment
Ability to meet KPIs for quality and handling time
Nice-to-have
Certificate in General Insurance preferred
Health Insurance Certification would be an advantage
Knowledge of Call Center Systems
