Job Summary

• Servers will be responsible for the dining experience to include greeting the guests, serving the guest in a gracious and professional manner that represents the highest of standards to ensure exceptional service to all guests.
• Maintain knowledge of current menu items, including ingredients, preparation, accompaniments, and sauces and Upsell menu items to guests, as well as pairing wine with the meal.
• Ability to work on a team with members of the Front of House staff and Participate in daily cleaning of dining room and service stations.

Key Requirements

• High school diploma, equivalent, or higher
• Previous experience in hospitality, preferably as a server
• Ability to use technology, e.g., tablets, iPads, computers, and POS system
• Beverage knowledge, including wine and liquor
• Proven experience in describing dishes and beverages to guests
• Ability to handle station, and work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner
