Job Summary

  • The Head of Operational Technology (OT) is accountable for the end-to-end strategy, performance, governance and lifecycle management of all Operational Technology systems of the terminal.
  • This role plays a pivotal role in delivering all integrated technology solutions across the Elizabeth Upgrade Project scope, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
  • The position requires strong stakeholder management, people leadership skills, and the ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in industrial engineering, Industry 4.0, Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Project Management Certification preferred
  • Container Terminal Operations experience
  • Port digitization / modernization experience
  • IT / Software programming background
  • Experience with technology systems (TOS, ECS, PLC/SCADA, API/Middleware, OPC UA, 5G, cybersecurity)
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
